Information
Sound Service is a Chicago based design and engineering company that provides comprehensive audio services and noise control consulting for home recording. Sound Service was created by Wesley Lethem in the Spring of 2020.
Wesley Lethem is an experienced audiovisual & acoustic engineer with a diverse background in audio design & production, podcasting, theater, live sound, noise control, recording, AV integration, and architectural acoustics.
Wesley graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors College of Columbia College Chicago and obtained his Bachelors of Science in Acoustics. He then worked as the head engineer for Paradise Theater, a luxury private theater design firm, designing and engineering top of the line audiovisual and acoustic systems.
Wesley has worked for cultural institutions like The Adler Planetarium and The Jazz Institute of Chicago and Volunteered for The Third Coast International Audio Festival, Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me!, The Moth, The Chicago Sinfonietta and SPORK!. He currently works as the Senior Manager of Exhibitions Media Integration at The Field Museum of Natural History on Chicago’s Museum Campus.
